…..after receiving my M.ARCH from Tulane in 1989 I began my career in Miami Beach working on All-Inclusive resorts in the Caribbean. I then moved to Fort Lauderdale where I worked on both Custom Residential and School Board Projects for the next 3 years…..

In 1994, while in Atlanta, I became an Automobile Dealership design consultant to Ford and BMW, bringing prototype, experience driven  Architecture to automotive dealers across the US and Canada. 

When I moved to Santa Rosa Beach in 2002, I opened the "local" doors to Margaretten Architectural as an avenue to produce A HIGH QUALITY RESIDENTIAL EXPERIENCE. Through this, I blend profit driven, customer friendly planning strategies into multi family developments, design vacation homes for individual clients, or even renovate a house into a home….
